Heidi Perez
Founder and Consultant

Heidi Perez is the Chief Operating Officer for Doextra CRM Solutions and resides in Wichita, KS.  She has held many leadership positions throughout her career.  In her current role, she is responsible for organizational and leadership excellence at Doextra.  Heidi has trained many leaders and has implemented processes and systems in the areas of finance, sales, and field operations.  These processes have led to exceptional growth and efficiencies in multiple organizations throughout her career.  Process development along with growing and empowering leaders is her niche.  Heidi has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Sports Management, and is a John Maxwell certified speaker, trainer, and coach. 

Michelle Hubert
Partner and Consultant

Michelle Hubert, LUTCF, CLF is currently a Regional Vice President with Farm Bureau Financial Services.  She has worked with the same company for 29 years, and has loved every minute of it.  She was a personal producer and business owner for 14 of those years, and has been in various management positions the balance of that time.  In her everyday work, Michelle helps business owners with leadership and operational excellence.  Her deepest professional desire is to meet people and organizations where they are currently, and help them go farther, faster through operational and leadership excellence.

Christina Nugent
Partner and Consultant

Christina Nugent is the President of Doextra CRM Solutions.  She has vast experience building business units and leveraging systems and processes to drive success.  Throughout her career, Christina has built an insurance call center, a business owner coaching department, and a technology consulting sales division.  Her passion lies in building our organization, Freedom Impact Group, and in helping you build yours.  Her experience in innovative initiatives, managing budgets, strategic planning, marketing, leadership and sales consulting lends itself to driving business growth and success.  Christina has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and is currently completing her MBA Degree.
